The Indian Embassy in Ankara inaugurated a festival Wednesday to celebrate the cultural ties between India and Turkey.
“India and Turkey are two countries that have known each other for millennia,” Ambassador Sanjay Bhattacharyya said at the opening ceremony of the festival, titled "India by the Bosphorus".
